A Promise to Jordan
A Promise to Jordan is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation named for Jordan Arakelian, a Connecticut resident who lost his nine-year battle with addiction on June 30, 2018 at just 24 years of age.
Jordan wanted badly to help others who struggled with substance use disorders. A Promise to Jordan is his loved ones’ promise to fight to save others from following the path that ultimately ended his life.
The mission of A Promise to Jordan is to raise awareness and eliminate the stigma of addiction, assist people in accessing quality care, and give hope that recovery is possible to those struggling with addiction.

Your tax deductible donation will help to assist individuals and families suffering from substance abuse with treatment, education and recovery programs.
We need more people to help spread our message and raise awareness. Meetings are every 6 weeks, usually at the Simsbury Library at 6pm.
Connect us with organizations and groups who would benefit from hearing our message and being educated about substance use disorders. Youth groups, church groups, and benevolent organizations are all perfect candidates.
